Black Lives Matter and now is the time to root out systemic and institutional racism. We support the efforts being made by protesters to reshape our country into a place that is truly equal for all. All lives cannot matter unless Black Lives Matter.As an educational institution ourselves we have been listening to our diverse set of employees, clients, and other places of higher learning. We may be excellent tutors but now is the time for us to listen to and learn from marginalized voices. We will continue to listen and learn as we go. We already have donated many hours to schools in New Haven and outlying areas to give them access to high level tutoring they may not be able to afford otherwise. We will keep listening to find more ways to be of service to under served communities, and we will keep working with and encouraging our employees to express their beliefs freely.
